…we were at my hubby’s uncle’s house last night feeding corn to the horses. Well about 2 weeks ago he had this rooster show up at the farm. He doesn’t have chickens but it wasn’t hurting anything so he just let it stick around the barnyard. His own grandkids have been around and it seemed to leave them alone (boys, both 9 yrs old). It followed us around pecking the corn that the horses missed. No big deal…I wondered about him attacking (a friend from work always says her rooster attacks her so she carries a plastic bat with her) But he was being fine and seemed a little scared of us.
