I recently totaled my 2003 Mit. Galant. I’m not very educated when it comes to cars and how to fix them so I have a couple questions. It has a transverse 4 cylinder…I think 2.0. Now, my question is…will a transverse engine fit into a vehicle that has a front engine? Because…when I got the hood open of my car…everything is intact. It’s most all body damage. All the plastic stuff is broken…like the air filter and fuse box. Engine, Transmission, Radiator, Gas Tank, Oil Pan, all the lines, wiper motor, and all the fluids are still full. For example my dirt bike, there is a little tiny exhaust valve (part #12005B), it can hardly even be considered a valve, more of just a tiny little flapper about 1 inch long, very small, not…. Besides the toxic materials, the glass, plastic and metal pose a great hazard to our health. and substitute it with paper bag which is more non environment friendly, imagine the demand of trees to be cut and the extend of the waste water and chemicals for its treatment.Plastic is indeed non biodegradable and pollute the environment , for the reason is it is too cheap for many to demand scrap value to be recycle again. Why don’t the government just impose larger taxes on plastics to raise its cost so that people would not just throw them away and scavengers would gather them for sale to recycling….
