Delhi Govt makes cooking gas, CNG, cheaper New Delhi, Mar 29 (PTI) Bowing to pressure from opposition and a section of the ruling Congress, Delhi Government today withdrew the four per cent Value Added Tax on cooking gas which will bring down the prices of a cylinder by Rs 13 and removed the VAT on CNG, the fuel used in public transports like buses and auto-rickshaws.
