Different Applications Of An Air Knife

An air knife is made from stainless steel and is coated in aluminum body. It has several air inlet ports on each of the back or ends with some more mounting holes at the back. Its main purpose is to remove dust or other debris as they move along conveyors. It is very effective and is found to be more than 90% safe.

Since it can be used in different applications, you will see that it has flexible mounting options. This allows it to fit in easily in small spaces. And yes, when you worry about its maintenance and repair, you have nothing to worry at all. It has no moving parts which obviously mean that you have got nothing to worry about maintaining it. More than that, this air knife is built in such a way that it can sustain a longer life in very difficult environments.
