<p>An air knife is made from stainless steel and is coated in aluminum body. It has several air inlet ports on each of the back or ends with some more mounting holes at the back. Its main purpose is to remove dust or other debris as they move along conveyors. It is very effective and is found to be more than 90% safe. </p>
<p>Since it can be used in different applications, you will see that it has flexible mounting options. This allows it to fit in easily in small spaces. And yes, when you worry about its maintenance and repair, you have nothing to worry at all. It has no moving parts which obviously mean that you have got nothing to worry about maintaining it. More than that, this air knife is built in such a way that it can sustain a longer life in very difficult environments.</p>
<p>Now, when you want to know more of its applications, here is a list of the specific areas in which this air knife can be used;</p>
<p>Bottling industry. The use of air knife allows the removal of water prior to the labeling as w as packaging. </p>
<p>Removal of chemicals. This takes place in many industries. The inclusion of unwanted chemicals in the product being manufactured will definitely result to a disaster.</p>
<p>Automotive. In the assembling of the different parts of a vehicle, this air knife can be used in the removal of water, dust, and other unwanted particles.</p>
<p>Food industry. Even in this industry, an air knife plays a major role. It allows the removal of water before packaging as well as the controlling of some materials present in it, especially in dry food. </p>
<p>Metal production. Obviously, this is a very sensitive product and so it is more than important for it to be polished and free of any particle prior to final coating and painting. </p>
<p>Medicine production. It is also important here since it allows the removal of any unwanted fluid as well as waste materials before it is packed and labeled.</p>
<p>Plastic manufacturing. This can also be very sensitive in the making. Thus, it is important for the dust to be scrapped and blown off before it is molded. </p>
<p>Textile. For a clean and wonderful result, an air knife is definitely needed here.</p>
<p>With all these applications, it is indeed undeniable that an air knife is an important product in different industries.</p>
