Try a hair dryer on low setting!
go to the diy store and buy “Goo Be Gone”. (this is for real…I sell appliances.)
Try a little mineral oil.
Finger nail polish remover would work as it disolves glues. But the hir dryer on low was a good idea as well warm it and then try to rub it off.
Mineral spirits or use a hair dryer on low
I use goo be gone, lighter fluid, paint thinner, gas, polish remover, just any old thing you may have handy will work.
TELL THE PLACE WHERE YOU PURCHASE IT. I PRESUME IT IS IN WARRANTY AND IF IT IS-DON’T DO ANYTHING EXCEPT NOTIFY THEM THAT THEY HAVE A PROBLEM AND YOU ARE NOT ACCEPTING IT UNLESS THEY TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM.
Yeah that happened to me as well, I just took a hair dryer, it will stink for a little bit, but its better than seeing those little scraps of plastic sticking out.
Good Luck
I just read in readers digest that fingernail polish needs to set on it for about 20 min. then it should come right off.
