Koby Environmental, Inc. manufactures a line of Torquer® locking plugs to secure the access pipes in groundwater monitoring wells.  The plugs are made in a variety of sizes to accommodate pipe diameters from one-half inch to eight inches.  The devices are injection molded from glass-filled nylon to provide sufficient stiffness in operation, particularly for the larger sizes. Solvay expands in Asia, opens three new R&D technology centers
The centers will be set up in India, Korea and China. The investment program will be completed before the end of 2011. The centers will enforce sustainable development in the region and give a boost to Solvay’s presence in Asia.
