Not a valid question, it assumes that global warming exist, and is caused by any of these items. So the correct answer is no percentage.
None directly, most indirectly.
99% of climate scientists have said for over 10 years that global warming exists. Don’t listen to the non-scientist kooks here who pretend otherwise.
But, global warming is caused by increases in greenhouse gases. None of the items you mentioned is a greenhouse gas, but in order to make them CO2 (the main greenhouse gas) is released, most of the time. A counter example might be if aluminum is made in a smelter powered by a hydroelectric dam, in which case no (or little) CO2 is used to produce that aluminum. That would be an exception. Another would be some air pollutants. Otherwise you could say that to PRODUCE and DISTRIBUTE and CONSUME your items contributes to global warming, the items themselves do not.
