We have 10 Vacuum Forming machines of various sizes. We can manufacture articles of maximum sizes 8′ * 3′ * 11/2 ‘ ( Draw ). We have machine with Advance features like Plug – Assist facility, Pre – Blow systems , Sandwich heating etc etc. We also have In – House Mould making facility.

We are self certified for our Quality with various Limited companies. We are associated with different industries like Automobile Industry, Bus-Body Builders,Furniture Industries, Switch gear manufacturers, Refrigerator & Water cooler industries etc etc.

We also have Co-Extrusion sheet line for manufacturing ABS, HIPS, Gp-HIPS, PP, PP-Gel & HDPE sheets. We can extrude sheets in Plain , Emboss, Glossy, Matt & Semi- Matt finish.

We can extrude sheets ranging from 1.0mm to 10 mm thickness. Maximum width we can provide is 1500m.We can supply sheets as per Custom Match colour.

We are associated with different industries like Automobile Industry, Bus-Body Builders, Furniture Industries,Refrigerator & Water cooler industries etc etc.

We are also extruding PVC Profiles, Pipes, Cassing – Capping & Doors  in various colours & sizes & as per customers designs & requirements.

We are also manufacturing PVC fills used in FRP cooling towers
