how do i fill a plastic bumper that is scrapped? It is a deep cut so the black of the bumper is showing thru?

   Evercoat makes a product called Thin Ice. It is a flexible filler that is made for applications such as this.

   Sand the area, apply the Thin Ice, sand smooth, clean, prime and re-paint the area. You should be good!
