High Quality Toilet Paper,
Well, among all the paper brands in market I used, Cottonelle Ultra Toilet Paper made me most happy. The paper is extremely soft and flexible. However, the rolls are pretty loose, same as other Cottonelle products. Also, I just found that Amazon price is not competitive at all after two 15% discounts, compared to that of Meijer or Target.

|Very soft, but…,
I used this TP for ages til I finally couldn’t take it any longer. Yes, it is very soft… at the cost, though, of two things: first, you have the linty little bits that come off and the “dust” that reliably are produced by this brand that less-fluffy brands just don’t have the issue of. Second, it suffers in the rather critical area of absorbency–it takes way more of this to do the same others do with less, which brings me to the real problem, why I only have Kleenex ANYthing for my nose when it’s very raw/sensitive (which hasn’t been true in a few years, so the box remains unopened): the environment and also skin health.
In short, 100% of this and all but 3 widely-available brands I know of (Seventh Generation, Green Forest, and 365) are new virgin paper… pure forest destruction, plain and simple. Likewise, despite there being safe, healthy, and non-quality-impairing alternatives, this and the other big names STILL use chlorine which not only is bad for our skin but which always goes back into the environment in the factory’s bleaching process. Given that on average Americans use over 50% more TP than any other nation, well, while I’m careful NOT to waste (and this brand made that tough as referenced above), I likewise am even more careful not to buy something that’s already contributed so much waste just being manufactured. For me, it’s both an ethical AND personal decision–no harmful additives on my skin, not having to use as much, none of that weird dust-lint stuff, and not feeling guilty every time I sit down to do my business. My own pick is Seventh Gen because 365 is uncomfortable and falls apart and Green forest isn’t as soft or absorbent (not bad, just very noticeably different having come from Seventh Gen)… but it’s a very personal decision, and “comfort” for some like me (my skin is extremely sensitive) will certainly be on a completely different scale from others.

|Subscribe and save rocks!,
Cottenelle ultra… what can I say other than it is the ONLY TP my wife will let me buy.
Got a great deal on it, WAY WAY cheaper than WM, especially with Subscribe and save we never have to worry about running out!
